Consolidations.
Multi-entity, intercompany, FX, statutory.
Can IDU consolidate across different ERPs?
Yes. Each entity’s ERP feeds its own data into IDU on its own cadence — SAP, Sage, Microsoft, Oracle, NetSuite all coexist. The chart of accounts is mapped at consolidation time so the group sees a uniform view without forcing a single ERP across every subsidiary.
How are intercompany balances reconciled?
IDU automatically matches IC pairs across entities by counterparty, account type, and period. Mismatches can be flagged, routed to the right entity owner, and resolved through the platform — with the audit trail preserved. No more email threads about which subsidiary booked the wrong number.
Does IDU support multiple consolidation hierarchies?
Yes. Run legal entity consolidation, management consolidation, and segment-level views in parallel from the same data set. Each hierarchy has its own elimination rules, currency policy, and access scope.
How does the audit trail handle late adjustments?
Every adjustment is timestamped, attributed, and preserved in version history. Late entries can be tracked separately from the original close so auditors see exactly when each adjustment was posted, by whom, and against which baseline.
