Pricing.
How IDU is priced, what is included, contracting.
How is implementation priced?
Implementation is scoped based on your requirements and typically delivered on a time-and-materials basis. Final costs are confirmed following a detailed scoping exercise.
How is IDU priced?
IDU is licensed per user across three editions — Light, Standard, and Enterprise. Pick the edition that matches your scope, then choose a licensing model (capital purchase, subscription, all-inclusive SwaS, or month-to-month SaaS) to fit how your organisation prefers to budget.
Can we change editions over time?
Yes. Most customers start where they are and grow into more capability as adoption deepens. Moving from Light to Standard, or Standard to Enterprise, preserves your data, hierarchies, and configurations — you scale up without rebuilding.
Can we scale users during peak periods?
On SaaS licensing, yes — users can be added month-to-month for peak budgeting or forecasting cycles, then scaled back down afterwards. Other licensing models work on user counts agreed at contract. If flexible peak access is a regular need, SaaS is the model that flexes.
Is implementation included?
It depends on the licensing model. SwaS bundles implementation into the monthly fee. Classic, Subscription, and SaaS scope implementation separately — typically on a time-and-materials basis, sized to your users, complexity, integration scope, and data readiness.
