Standard Terms and Conditions
These commercial terms apply to the supply of IDU products and services. They form part of the Agreement together with the Software License Agreement and the Maintenance and Support Agreement. For website use terms, see /terms-of-use.
What the agreement covers
- Services and products supplied under the Agreement
- Purchase price and payment terms (30 days, currency, taxes, late-interest)
- Intellectual property ownership
- Warranties and confidentiality
- Force majeure and limitation of liability
- Arbitration and governing law
- Default, termination and survival of provisions
