Moving to the cloud could help manage business disruption

In light of the guidelines currently being set out by governments all over the world in response to the COVD-19 pandemic, business owners and managers are swiftly and responsibly putting measures in place to protect their staff while at the same time trying to ensure continued productivity and service delivery.

In many markets, we have already seen a big shift to people needing to work remotely. This can cause significant disruption if remote access to information is not properly facilitated. Having your information in a trusted cloud platform like Microsoft Azure® instead of in an on-premise server will make this transition much easier to manage.

Over recent months we have seen a number of our clients switch over to IDU Cloud with great success. We would like to urge our customers who are not yet using IDU in the cloud to consider doing so. Your team will be able to have access to critical financial information from anywhere, at any time.

IDU Cloud migration can be achieved within a matter of hours (subject to scope), managed remotely, and with minimum disruption to your business.

But access to data is not the only benefit, once on the cloud system updates and upgrades take place automatically, which eliminates the need for on-site consulting or system downtime.

Perhaps switching to our cost-effective Cloud is viewed only as a short term or purely as a business continuity back-up, either way, it can easily be scaled up or down depending on business requirements, it can also be switched on or off as required so there is no long-term financial investment in infrastructure.

Our expert Account Management team are ready to answer any questions that you may have with regards to IDU Cloud. Together with our Consultants, we are ready to make this a smooth and easy transition for your business.
