IDU Software License Agreement
The Software License Agreement governs your right to use IDU under perpetual, annual, monthly, subscription, and cloud licence models. It is referenced from the Standard Terms and Conditions and forms part of any IDU contract.
What the agreement covers
- Definitions of the licence types — perpetual, annual, monthly, subscription, cloud
- Grant of licence and permitted use of the Software
- Cloud-clients-specific provisions
- On-going support and the helpdesk
- Use of confidential information
- Restrictions on use, including no reverse engineering
- The Maintenance and Support Agreement, which forms a Schedule to the licence

Counterparts and contracting entity
The Contracting IDU Entity for your licence is determined by the territory in which the agreement is signed. Refer to clause 17 of the agreement for the full territorial mapping. Your signed Schedule will identify the entity that holds your licence.
